CSB Associates is an actuarial and benefits consulting firm organized to assist clients in the design, implementation and on-going administration of qualified retirement plans, non-qualified retirement arrangement, executive compensation plans and post-retirement medical and life insurance benefit programs.

CSB Associates is a completely independent consulting firm. Our objective as a firm is to provide our clients (and their advisers from the legal and accounting professions) with the active professional assistance needed to cope with the nondiscrimination, tax and compliance issues that benefit plan sponsorship entails.

We believe that what clients need and want from us is the sort of hands-on attention that has become increasingly inaccessible to, or too costly for, all but the largest employers. Our client service philosophy is based on the premise that a client deserves the highest level of personal and professional skill we can provide. To meet this high service standard, we limit our client group to a number that can be effectively served by our professional staff.
